PVC Mould
PVC molds are widely used in the production of pipe fittings for wastewater, drinking water, irrigation, gas, and chemical industries.
Traditional pipe fitting molds are designed with angle lifters to reduce mold building costs, but this feature also shortens the mold’s lifespan. To address this issue, we have replaced the angle lifter with a hydraulic cylinder to enhance mold balance and stability, thereby extending its lifespan. Additionally, graphite is applied to the mold slides to facilitate smooth movement. The mold’s exceptional hardness, tight connection, and durability suit various design and safety requirements. Core pulling by horn pins (taper pins) ensures high-quality and consistent results.
Most pipe fitting molds experience slow cooling, which negatively impacts the quality of the fittings. To address this, we have implemented a highly efficient water circulation pattern to significantly shorten the cooling time. Strict quality control ensures smooth inner and outer walls free from cracks.
High-quality PVC ball valves enable complete pipe networks in water utilization systems, swimming pools, compressed air plants, agriculture, horticulture, and solar plants.
Plastic ball valve molds for hot/cold water systems prioritize quality.
