Oil cooling device in the bakelite screw & barrel ensures the precision of the temperature control. According to bakelite material features, the machine can exhaust while opening the mold.

It can be converted into thermoplastic injection molding machine after replacing the screw and barrel group.

The Bakelite injection molding machine manufactured by Ningbo Sanshun Machinery & Technology Co., Ltd. is specifically designed to efficiently and accurately process Bakelite (phenolic resin materials). It has been built to accommodate the specific thermal and processing requirements of Bakelite molding. This machine provides exceptional stability, high precision, and consistent product quality. This machine is made using a high-strength bi-metallic steel screw and barrel that has been specially treated to offer superior corrosion and abrasion resistance. As a result, this construction will ensure an extended service life when processing Bakelite materials. In addition, the screw and barrel include an integrated oil cooling system, allowing for accurate temperature control. This is critical to ensure material stability during the plasticization process, and to minimize the risk of premature curing occurring within Bakelite materials.

 In order to properly process Bakelite, the Bakelite injection molding machines additionally have a special function to exhaust gases during the opening of the mold. This allows for the escape of trapped gases within the mold cavity, thus preventing any defects during the molding process. Upgraded hydraulic motors increase the speed of injection and improve plasticization efficiency by providing smooth material flow and consistent weight of each shot of Bakelite.

Specially designed to accommodate Bakelite mold temperatures, the heat-dissipation plates provide a unique application for the heat-dissipation plates. PLC controls the mold temperature-control interface and maintains the temperature stability and control throughout the molding process.

The use of a very high-precision linear transducer to control the position of the mold has resulted in control accuracy of 0.1 mm in position control for superior repeatability and consistency. The PLC-controlled automatic mold adjustment feature automatically locks in the clamping pressure and adjusts mold thickness, eliminating the need for manual adjustment and decreasing setup and tooling time. Furthermore, it can easily be converted into a thermoplastic injection-molding system by substituting the screw and barrel assembly, providing an additional level of value and flexibility.
