Bakelite injection molding machine

Specially designed screw & barrel for Bakelite,which is made by high strength bi-metalic steel with special reatment,with the characteristics of good corrosion resistance &good abrasion resistance.Oil cooling device in the bakelite screw &barrel ensures the precision of the temperature control.According to bakelite material features,the machine can exhaust while opening the mold.

It can be converted into thermoplastic injection molding machine after replacing the screw and barrel group.
